Mr. Williams is a professional engineer with B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He has extensive experience in the design of HVAC, plumbing and fire protection systems in multiple states for commercial and institutional buildings — including building condition surveys and energy audits.
As a Senior Forensic Engineer, he is responsible for all phases of investigation, engineering analysis and damage evaluation of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems; plumbing/piping systems; fire protection systems; industrial/manufacturing equipment and machines; and engine/vehicle failures and fires. He performs causation analysis, damage evaluations, separation of damages, repair/replacement cost analysis and technical support and expert witness services for litigation and alternate dispute resolution.
